PROCESS SUMMARY

Following the analysis of your credit report conducted by one of our credit consultants, the process begins of removing negative information from your credit report.

While creditors and credit bureaus are always in communication- updating and examining your credit reports- your involvement in that exchange of information began when you requested to see your credit report.

By signing with our services, CC Credit Solutions then acts as your communicator and dispute strategist directly with the credit bureaus by launching investigations relating to derogatory credit information.

• CC Credit Solutions communicates with the credit bureaus through various methods that have proven to be effective through years of research.

• After credit bureaus receive our correspondence, they must investigate the complaint then modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information.

• The credit bureaus will then send an undated credit report to you or a statement detailing what changes have been made to your credit file. Please look at your reports, notice any progress that has been made and make note of any mistakes you see.

• You then immediately forward the updates credit reports to CC Credit Solutions and any information regarding mistakes you’ve noticed. This allows the company to have the most accurate information so we can continue working on your file.

The process of receiving your credit reports, sending them to CC Credit Solutions, CC Credit Solutions analyzing and disputing with credit bureaus any remaining negative information, the credit bureaus investigation, and resending the updated reports to you takes about 30-45 days. This is considered one cycle of service and clients may go through several cycles, depending on the severity of their situation.

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CREDIT SCORES

A credit score is given to an individual to estimate his or her credit risk based upon five main factors: payment history, amounts owned to creditors, length of credit history, new credit, types of credit in use.

• Payment history is a person’s past behavior in regard to paying bills and paying back loans in a timely manner.
• Amounts owed refers to a person’s present balances on his credit accounts.
• The length of a person’s credit history is important in that a longer credit history enables lenders to get a more thorough picture of an individual’s responsibility.
• New credit refers to the new credit accounts that have opened and how many inquiries are on an individual’s report.
• Types of credit in use refers to the number and kind of lending sources that an individual uses. A stronger credit history shows debt in the form of credit cards, auto loans, and mortgages, rather than just credit cards alone.

The most commonly used credit scores are developed by the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union) and are slight variants on the traditional FICO credit score.

Credit scores are used to compare millions of credit users and to give lenders a quick idea of which individuals are more likely to pay their bills on time.

*A credit score does not automatically come with a credit report when a report is ordered. Scores must be specifically requested and paid for. Credit scores may be ordered from several sources such as Privacy Guard, www.privacyguard.com, or True Credit, www.truecredit.com, or myFICO, www.myfico.com.
