Congratulations and welcome to CC CREDIT SOLUTIONS! You are now on your way to a better life with the help of our services. His introductory package is designed to supplement your discussions with one of our credit consultants and aid in transition to your account manager. Please read the enclosed information as it details your keys to success as a CC Credit Solutions client, a summary of the CC Credit Solutions process, a brief overview of credit scores, a copy of our agreement, the refund policy on your account and a referral sheet.

We will soon submit your first round of investigations and you will be in an investigation period for around 30-45 days, which will vary depending on the credit bureaus. After completion of the investigations with all three bureaus (Equifax- also known as CSC Credit Services, Experian, and Trans Union) you should receive a new, updated credit report (sometimes not a full report) from each bureau with a summary of the investigation on the front of the report. This will let you know of any changes to your credit report, except for updates of your credit scores. Credit scores must be requested separately and the bureaus do charge for credit score requests. Requests for scores can be made from services such as Privacy Guard, www.privacyguard.com, or True Credit, www.truecredit.com.

In order for us to have your most recent credit reports, when you receive these reports you will need to forward them or a copy to our office via mail or fax unless you are local to the Corpus Christi are and choose to drop them off at our office. We will use those reports for the next round of investigations, so it is important that you get us those as soon as you can.

Your account manager’s information is included on the enclosed business card. This CC Credit Solutions team member will be your point of contact while you are being served by the company. KEYS TO SUCCESS WHILE YOU ARE A CLIENT AT CC Credit Solutions


• Do not add any new negative information to your credit report.
o Pay your bills on time. It is a MUST to stay current on open line of credit.
o Do not have a balance of more than 50% of your credit limit on any revolving accounts.
o All little or no inquiries on your credit file. Do not apply for new credit cards or seek out major loans unless your account manger feels it would be beneficial to your situation.

• Upon receipt of your credit reports from the credit bureaus, forward these reports to your account manager as soon as possible so CC Credit Solutions has the most updated information and may continue to work on your file.

• Alert your account manager if you change addresses as soon as possible after you move and forward new bills to your account manager with your updated information in order to verify your address.

• Let your account manager know all the channels through which he or she may contact you (home phone, cell phone, email, fax, etc.) so there is no delay in work on your file.

• Contact your personal account manager at any time with questions you have regarding your file or CC Credit Solutions.

• If you have concerns or requests relating to priority of items that CC Credit Solutions is disputing on your credit file, make your account manager aware of these concerns.

• Supply your account manager with all the requested personal information and paperwork such as clean copies of bills, your driver’s license, and social security card.

CC Credit Solutions’ ability to assist our clients is limited if our clients are not able to follow the CC Credit Solutions Keys of Success aimed at limiting any further negative information placed on a client’s report and keeping all information up-to-date with our client’s files.
